Hello Brothers and Sisters!
This summer, the World Federation of Young Theosophists invites you to take a step back into your inner self, while stepping into the lovely embrace of the Finnish countryside, as part of our first youth gathering this year!
Outer Peace Begins Within – this is the theme and the piece of eternal wisdom we will explore between the 30th May and 4th June, at the beautiful Kreivilä Theosophical Centre in Finland.
How do we cultivate peace and tranquility in a world that seems to turn increasingly incoherent and disturbing by the day?
How do we sustain fraternal harmony and trust in ourselves and each other?
These are some of the questions we will explore – through talks and discussions, workshops, volunteering activities, and contemplative walks – all in the lovely grounds of Kreivilä, a place that entwines history, and deeply contemplative ecology guarded by the Centre’s nature spirits.
The Kreivilä Centre offers comfortable accommodation aplenty at its quaint and historic Manor House, built in the 1860s. And, of course, for those of us who seek extended company of the resident nature spirits, there is the possibility of camping in the grounds.
The costs of stay per night, including cost of vegetarian meals, ranges from EUR 95 for single rooms, EUR 90 or EUR 80 for shared rooms, and EUR 60 if you can bring your own tent for camping.
There is also the deeply refreshing traditional Finnish sauna by the Matkujärvi beach nearby, a place to unwind, ponder or exchange ideas after a stimulating day of study. And at the end of the program, we plan an enchanting short day trip to neighbouring Estonia to wrap things up.
It’s a great opportunity to explore together paths towards spiritual tranquility, in a space that can hardly be more ideally suited.
For those of us so inclined, Kreivilä is also a living community built on the spirit of Talkoot, or volunteer work, offering a more extended stay through the summer with volunteering opportunities spanning a variety of activities in exchange for concessional meals and accommodation.
So do join us in exploring an inner quiet and harmony, in the company of dear friends, in the natural tranquility of Kreivilä. What a wonderful way to spend the summer.

Prerequisites to Attend
To attend the Youth Gathering, there are only two criteria to meet:
- Age – 41 and below
- Membership – You must be a valid member of the Theosophical Society and WFYT
Not a WFYT member yet?
If you are a TS member but not yet signed up as a WFYT member, you can click here to apply to be added to our database.
TS Membership validation with your lodge or section will take some time to complete, so it is not recommended to do it too close to the gathering.

Attendee Packages
Package Details (5 nights, cost per person, 30 May – 04 Jun 26)
All subsidised packages detailed below include 5 nights stay (30 May – 04 Jun 26) at the Kreivilä Course Center plus linen, cleaning fee + tourist tax for all days. This cost also includes meals and miscellaneous items such as tea, coffee, and workshop materials. This is the cost per person.
Note: You may state your preferred room mate in the registration form for the Shared Room package. ( With their consent of course! 🤭 )

Meals are basic organic vegetarian/vegan prepared (to include things like pasta, curry, potato/veg mix, simple deserts, bread, fruits, porridge).

Check if you need a visa to enter the Finland. You may need a Letter of Invitation for your Visa application.

Program Venue – Kreivilä Course Center
The Youth Gathering coming June 2026 will be held at the Kreivilä Course Center.
The Kreivilä Course Center is located in Matku:
– approx. 130 km from Helsinki,
– approx. 100 km from Turku,
– approx. 70 km from Tampere,
– approx. 100 km from Pori and
– approx. 220 km from Jyväskylä in the direction of Forssa.
By Chartered Bus
Good news! There’s a bus included in your package. It’ll pick us up from the Finnish Theosophical headquarters ( Vironkatu 7 C 2, 00170 Helsinki, Finland) and Helsinki airport, then head straight to Kreivilä Center. It’s the easiest way to get there, so we recommend everyone tries to catch it!
By public transport you can get to the Humppila glass factory stop.
Or take the train to Humppila. From there it is approx. 13 km to the destination either by taxi or carpooling.
