The governing body of the Federation is responsible for promoting the WFYT mission and objects. The Board team is composed by 7 young theosophists from different countries, who are appointed for a term of 2 years.
In 2022, the reactivated movement of young theosophists wrote a Constitution for the WFYT which was distributed among young theosophists internationally, and was finally approved. The first elections were conducted to appoint the Board team and their names were announced on 30th September 2022. The second elections were concluded on September 2024 to appoint the new Board team for the term 2024-2026.
